OrthoFab is a dependable custom orthodontic appliance fabrication lab located in Northwest
Indiana and servicing orthodontists nationwide. Our staff includes lab technicians who are
certified orthodontic assistants with clinical appliance experience. Knowledge and hands-on
experience are essential to creating the best fitting appliances for our customers. OrthoFab
recognizes the various types of treatment required for each patient and the various preferences
of each doctor. We will fabricate your custom appliance according to your individual needs
and/or specific Rx specifications to the best fitting appliance with minimal adjustment time.
